What defines a hero?
So many do not know,
Can we then find the words to make men see?
Is it a child’s uplifted eyes?
Filled with dreams and hope and pride.
She’ll reach pinnacles words cannot describe.

I’ll tell you what defines a hero!
To this you will agree.
It’s in the heart and mind of people like you and me.
In those who forsake their own hurt,
And still accomplish their goals.
There’s a treasure inside filled with wealth untold.

You are my hero!
With your unselfish strength.
When I look into your eyes,
All fear within me dies.
An inspiration you are.
A symbol of hope.
Please wipe the water from your brow,
There’s no time to give up now.
For the spirit of God stands tall inside of you.

With the strength of ten thousand men,
You never give up or give in.
When you envision your goal,
